authorisation code is being sent to an old email address - the primary email - which is no longer accessible. The account does have a secondary email - can the code be sent to the secondary email?

Unfortunately, there's no way to send this email to your secondary address.
Do you have any devices already linked/logged in to this account perhaps?

I am trying to log in to Dropbox and the code is going to an old email address I no longer have. The email address no longer in existence.
Hi @nishdes, are you able to recreate the old email, or temporarily reactivate it to see if you're able to receive the security code to login to your account?

I have the same problem, I don't have access to the e-mail account connected to the dropbox-account. And it can not be reactivated since it was my work-address and I don't work there anymore.
@m_o, do you have any devices that are currently logged in with that email address in order to transfer your files out of the account?
