Do you remember the password for your Dropbox account? If so, you should still be able to sign in to the account as long as it's not prompting you for a verification code.
If you don't remember the password or you're being sent a verification code, then you won't be able to gain access to the account without access to your email address. If that's the case, you can contact Support to have any future charges cancelled, but they likely won't give you access to the account.
To contact Support, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
