My email is listed as admin, I can't log in with that email address.

My email is listed as admin. I just noticed none of my folders or files are showing up in my file explorer on my laptop. When I try to log in on the site, it doesn't recognize my email and won't reset my password. Support won't get back to me for 2 days.

Hi @Mary32, how are you today? 

 

In regards to the desktop app, can you make sure it's running, and let me know its syncing status

 

As for the log-in issue you mentioned, you mean you don't receive the email in order to reset your password, right? 

 

Feel free to share with me your ticket number, so I can locate it on our system.
