No longer have access to old email account so unable to login to change billing details

No longer have access to old email account so unable to login to change billing details

I know the login details for my DB account (old work email + p/w), but am unable to access the email to receive the verification code (the company no longer exists so there's no email service support to help with this problem).

I'm being billed for this account but can't change the billing details because I can no longer access the account. In effect, I'm being billed for something I can't access or change.

Anyone know how to sort out this matter?

Many thanks in advance!

Nick.

You won't be able to gain access to the account without access to the email, but you can contact Support and they'll cancel any future billing. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
