Not an Admin Of My Own Account

Not an Admin Of My Own Account

Not sure how this happened however a few months ago I was helping a business & was switching back and fourth between my dropbox & theirs. It appears that somehow they are now the admin of my personal account and I am only a member? I discovered this by trying to delete the shared folders between me and them and there is not option to delete it out of my dropbox.

Hey @Kendra Cameron, thanks for reaching out to our Community.

It seems that you somehow joined this Dropbox Business team.

If you'd like to be removed from it, you'd need to ask the team admin to remove you, by converting your account to an individual one.

This way, you'll lose access to the team files, but keep your personal ones.

Let me know if you have any questions.
