Hi there @anonymous, sorry to hear about this situation.
I'm afraid that with no access to the email address that's tied to the Dropbox account in question, there's nothing much we can do.
Can you clarify when was the last time you access the mentioned accounts and if you're maybe able to re-create (or regain access to) the email address that was originally used for the account?
Let us know of any updates!

Sorry to jump in here, @anonymous.
The thing is that a Dropbox account will automatically be deleted by the system, if it has not been accessed for more than 12 months.
So, even if you had access to the email and password, I'm afraid the account wouldn't be accessible.
You can read more about this here.

If the account were deleted as you say, the system would not display or send any code to the registered account. Please solve this without making people dizzy.
Without access to the email address associated with your Dropbox account, there's simply no way to access the account. Your best option is to try to get access to the old email address, even temporarily, so you can receive any verification codes or reset information (assuming the Dropbox account still exists).
Try contacting the email provider and see if they can help you get the email address restored.
The other thing to add to what @Rich said is that Dropbox systems do recognise accounts which are over 12 months old (and deleted) and use secure methods to relog in HOWEVER they appear, once logged in, empty. The data in them is simply gone.

Please, there will have to be some option to allow access to old accounts even if only to then permanently delete them or change the email and continue using it.
There are no options beyond what has already been described in this thread.
