Personal Company information is exposed on a public folder - who can I contact to have it removed?

I work for a security department for a multi-national organization.  Our offensive security team traced back a public facing dropbox file with some privileged company information on it.  I can see that user [personal information removed per the Community's Guidelines] was the individual who uploaded the offending excel file, so have attempted contact via a google search to possible social media profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn) and am pending response.  

Is there a security department that I can contact to remove sensitive information? The information displayed in the excel file contains PII and goes against GDPR requirements.
