When you say your workers, I imagine you're referring to team members of a Dropbox for Business Teams account you're the admin of?
Can you let me know if you'd like to do this on the top level of your folder structure or if you'd like to have different people with different permissions across the folders in your team's shared workspace?
Are you familiar with the file locking feature by any chance?
