Hi everyone

 

I am trying to reset my password for my company email. I have been inactive for 13 months. 

I am back at my job, with the same email as before. 

 

When i try to reset my password, I do not receive the email from BOX, nor can i cancel my account and create a new account. 

 

Please advise how to do going foward.

Hi @anonymous 

 

Where are you trying to get a password reset from? Are you after Box or Dropbox? They are two different companies
