Hello,
I am a Team Admin in a Business Dropbox Account. I tried to share a Shared Folder with an Individual Dropbox Account. However, the person can not see the shared folder and when he opens the notification email - he is asked to join our Business account to view the folder. I have checked the sharing settings and sharing with people outside of the account is enabled.
The shared folder is a subfolder in a Team folder, but I have tried to share a shared folder located in my personal folder and the result is the same.
Any information would be appreciated!
Thank you in advance.
Thanks for your swift reply here, @FichoZ.

Hey Lusil,
Thank you for the answer. The Team Folder and the shared folder I want to share have both the Folder membership option to Anyone. I am still getting the same result.
Thanks for the swift reply, @FichoZ.
Just to ensure that I understand correctly, are the Sharing Settings from your Admin Console set to allow members to share with people who aren't on the team? This can be checked by:

Hi Lusil,
I have the very same problem. Just converted from DB Indivdual to Business in order to be able to share subfolders in a shared folder, with individuals that are not necessarily using DB Business...
Help is urgently needed (and appreciated)
