Signing issue on Multiple (Business and Personal) dropbox accounts

Trying to set up so i can see on my work computer my personal dropbox with the Business dropbox. After following directions logging into the business account first, going into settings and clicking on add personal account, the sign in popup appears, BUT, another colleagues personal email is in the box, which is unremovable, not matter how many times you press delete. I have tried this many times. If the Colleague delinks their personal account, I can log on, but then they can't. I have not seen this written anywhere, that can only one personal dropbox can be linked to a business dropbox. That doesn't appear logical.
Any thoughts on a solution would be appreciated.

It sounds like you're sharing a computer and the computer log on/user account. If so, then yes, you can only link one Personal Dropbox account. If your colleague logs in to the computer with his own user account then he will be able to link his personal account as well.

Thanks Rich R. I see what you are saying, but no the computer I use is not shared (i.e. I am the only user on this machine)- though we are all on the same network which we all log into separately. The colleague has their own work PC to which they are logged into. Is dropbox only seeing one virtual user coming out of our network? I will try linking from my personal computer at home tonight and see if that works- though that doesn't solve the issue- since everyone here at work would each like to access their personal with the business dropbox account. Thanks again.

If everyone is using their own computer then it shouldn't be a problem. They should each be able to link to the business account and their own personal account. Since I don't have a business account with which to test, I'm going to defer to someone that does.

You do all have individual Business accounts dont you (as in www.dropbox.com/business )? I believe you can only link 1 account to each business log on so if you are sharing it wont work

We're having the same issue. Business account with multiple user licenses and most of us also have individual accounts. Since I was the first in the building to LINK my personal account, no one else can add theres. There MUST be a way around this!
