Hey there @Koichi N. - glad to hear back from you - how are you today?

 

First of all, sorry we couldn't continue with this internally since you seem to have missed my last two emails as I reached out to you via email (twice to be honest) but never heard back from you there.

 

In order to expedite this process now, I have made an internal comment on your already existing ticket and the agent who's handing your case will follow up with you there with additional information to troubleshoot this further. 

 

If there's anything else I can do for you at the moment, please do let me know Koichi as I'd really love to get this sorted.
