(Suspicious) random mp4 file shared with me.

Hey all 

I don't use dropbox however I've just received a video via dropbox out of no where

Should I trust it or no? email is currently sitting in my Gmail bin waiting to be deleted but I want second opinions first 

also I have absolutely no idea who the person who sent it to me is

any help is much appreciated

If you weren't expecting it and don't know the sender, don't open it. Just delete it. If it's important, the send will probably contact you again.
