Team Administrator Change

Our Team Admin has left the company, our account has been downgraded as the Team Admin was using his credit card to pay our subscription.  How can I access his account and change who our Team Admin is?

If the account was using a company email address, ask your IT department for access to the email address and then reset the password for the Dropbox account. After you've reset the password you should be able to sign in to the account. Otherwise you likely won't be able to gain access to the account.
