Hi community,
I need your help as I cannot log in to my account. I have been using the correct email address and password, but it is requiring me to proceed with an additional authentication. However, I have been waiting for the 6 digit code on my email [Removed as per Community Guidelines] and I have not received it. I have clicked on the Resend Code many times and still no email. Please help as I need to access the information on my account.
Would it be possible to send this code via text? My number is [Removed as per Community Guidelines]

Hi @vinivalverde, thanks for bringing this to our attention.
I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.
You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.
From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter the same email you use to login to Dropbox. Thanks!

Currently, we only provide incoming phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions.
To access that page, you don't need to login, since it can be accessed from the site.
