Unable to copy or share link to different folders effectively

My team and I are having trouble trying to share or copy a link to folders. This just became an issue. We were able to  do this two days ago and now we can not. I have attached a picture, please advise

Is this occurring on every file or folder, or just those in certain locations?

 

Is this in private, shared or team folders?

 

This will help me to assist further!
