Yesterday I set up a DropBox account for my division in the company I work for. Today my boss invited me to join the team, but I cannot login using the username I created yesterday. Someone help please?

As the error says that account exists. So, go back a stage and choose the 'link an account' rather than using the create new account option 🙂

There is no such option. There is a similar option settings but the 404 error that results is not helpful.

I was invited to a team . Our workaround is that they send me links to folders as needed. Huge PITA.

Hey @Ed H, happy Thursday. 

 

Did the admin try to remove your invite from the team, then add you back? This is what I'd do on my end.
