Able to login ok via web but when opening in S Mode app cannot login due to reCAPTCHA, you enter username/password fine, then reCAPTCHA comes up, complete that as required but then after clicking verify it goes blank then reopens reCAPTCHA as though clicking login again so unable to get past this step, any help would be hugely appreciated!
FYI Dropbox just posted an app update that fixed the perpetual reCAPTCHA loop issue, at least for me. Hit up the Microsoft App Store on Windows 10/11 for it if it hasn't yet been auto-pushed to you.
Now if they'd just release a full-featured Dropbox client for Windows for Arm....
I can't login it says no internet connection but im online.

My Dropbox for S-mode was updated automatically today, so it is now possible to logon and access the Dropbox data. However, IO can find no Dropbox on my PC. It should be added automatically.
Happy Monday everyone!
I just sent everyone an email, in order to keep an eye out on this. If you need anything else, make sure to reply back to me there.
Thanks a bunch!

Blank window after entering login details
Dropbox for S Mode is not working on the three W10 computers I have tried. All on different networks. After entering email and password, the reCAPTCHA window appears blank. No further action can be taken except to quit the application. It was previously working.
Hey @Capital House, thanks for the nudge and sorry to see you're having trouble with the Dropbox for S Mode app.
Have you recently installed any security programs on your computers, like an antivirus, firewall, VPN, etc.?
If so, can you temporarily disable them, to see if that helps?

I am having the same problem. Turn off all the firewall and antivirus, still no luck.
Hey @Wilf-77, sorry to hear about this.
Did you check the Microsoft App Store on your device to see if there's an updated app version you can install on your machine normally?
If the issue persists, please let us know and we'll reach out via email to investigate further.

I did try, I'd uninstalled and re-installed back the latest app from the Microsoft store. No luck, still stuck at the same problem.
Hi
I've opened a support ticket, but am getting the same turn off the firewalls, uninstall/reinstall advice.
The problem is that reCAPTCHA is not working - that has nothing to do with my network settings or my installation.
It's a general problem with dropbox app.
We're trying to report it so you can tell your programmers to fix it.
Probably dropbox's security certificates or something like that have expired or someone got a line of code wrong in the recent update. Indeed the app doesn't work on the three computers I've tried and I've tried two different networks. Also, other users are having the exact problem since the recent update.
