Hi,
I did a password reset and for some stupid reason Dropbox made me a brand new account and I have no clue what is going on and where is all my content. Whenever I log in via chrome it keeps bringing me to that brand new dropbox account.
Can someone explain what is going on? On my phone is the same. Everything just vanished and have a new account. I was paying something like £10 a month so not sure what kind of options it has and if can I revert.

It sounds like you might have more than one account, since a password reset wouldn't open a new account for you.
Are you certain you don't have another email address which could be associated to a Dropbox account?

No sorry I don't have one more account. I use only one email but it was for business and I guess personal acc? However I use only business one.
How do I check if there are more emails associated with my name?

Actually turns out I did have second ACC so I managed to log into my other ACC.
