google suspended account associated with my dropbox account

I have been  going round and round with google for months for some reason without notice they suspended the email address I associated with dropbox account. It may have been due to low activity or maybe because they are wanting small entrepreneurs to switch to paid google workspace accounts. their only response has been to contact the account administrator to reactivate but I AM the administrator, no one else used the email address. Now I have bought a new Mac and want to install use and access my dropbox (download, upload,etc.)  from the new device but to authenticate dropbox sends authentication to the OLD email address I cannot access so I can't authenticate. There has to be a fix. I can't be the first and only person with this experience?1, Suggestions please and thank you

There isnt I'm afraid - unless you have access to the email you cannot change the email linked.
