Hi,
I lost access to the email I used to sign up for DropBox. I have 2-factor authentication set up and DropBox sends the 6-digit code to the email I don't have access. How can I access my DropBox account? Thanks.
You'll need to use the backup codes you were given when setting up the 2FA. If you've lost them, and do not already have a device logged in, I'm afraid the account is not recoverable.
