pc offline error

pc offline error

Hi !

 

I have dropbox on my android phone and PC . On my PC , i have a problem . dropbox does not connect and an internet error appears ! "You are ofline " but my net is connect and has no problem ! 

I used vpn , but it cant help . 

(i live in iran )

what shuld i do ?

Something on your computer is blocking the connection. Temporarily disable any antivirus or firewall you may be running and try again.

I tuned off the firewall and error disappears 🤗

Look in the settings of your firewall. You should be able to add Dropbox as an exclusion so you can keep the firewall running for protection, but it will allow Dropbox to connect.
