"Sign in as user" and linked account

We are interested in getting the adavanced plan. However the admin got quite some permissions as mentioned in the help section

https://help.dropbox.com/teams-admins/team-member/admin-used-sign-in-as-user

But it seems that simply linking the business account with let's say a basic (free) account according to this link

https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/multiple-accounts/link-unlink-two-accounts

will prevent the admin from doing that.

(1) Is it true that the admin isn't able to do anything then that is listed in the first link? (2) Or does it only refer to the personal account and the admin is still able to e.g. look through the files of the business account?

(3) I assume the admin is not able to (forcefully) unlink a team members account from its personal one.

We fully trust our members and want to prevent any admin from looking through files or doing anything else. Furthermore some files can be classified but these are usually encrypted additionally.

The admin has total control over a Business account and all the accounts that have joined the team. Linking a personal account does not make that account a member of the team. It just allows the user to sync more than one account to their device. The admin will not have access to the linked personal account, but they will still be able to gain access to the business account that is a member of the team.

Correct.

The team admin can choose to limit his team members to just one Dropbox account per computer. This would prevent the user from linking a second personal account. If a user already has two accounts linked and the admin enabled this feature, only the first account that was signed into on the computer will remain. The second account would be signed out automatically.
