Good morning I urgently need to understand how to recover a profile that was accidentally deleted by a customer who had annexed our profile to a workgroup and then deleted it, and therefore all the content on our dropbox is no longer available

It sounds like you were invited to and joined your customer's Business team account. When doing so, you merged your account into their team account, effectively making them the owner of your account.
In order to leave a team, the team admin needs to convert your account back to an individual account. If they already removed you from the team without first converting your account, then your account was likely deleted. You need to contact the team admin immediately and ask them to restore your account. Act quickly as they only have seven days to restore your account, and only the team admin can help you in this case.
