strange files in activities

strange files in activities

Hello, for some time now, in my Dropbox activities, there's a file named "bonus scommesse.jpg" that I didn't create. It is displayed occasionally, not by my doing, and it requires access to be opened, but there's no trace of the file in Dropbox. Why is this happening? Is there any solution to delete it?

I've searched in all my email adresses, no sign of the file......

Could you try right clicking the file in the Dropbox desktop application and see what options you get there, and if it's possible to remove the file?

 

Do you know of anyone who might've shared this file with you by accident, and then removed the access?

Hi Hannah, I've received an automated response on email with a link to a ticket, but when I click on the link I return to the generic page of Dropbox Support and I cannot see anything about the ticket.
