Alert propagation to team members

At present security alerts can only go to team admins or security admins (irrespective of whether they directly named or members of a group).

Simply would like any member of a group attached to a security alert to receive an email.

For small companies without huge teams, it would be good if more than the one or two admins received alerts about suspicious activity.
