I have a business account with dropbox. I know the user id and password but the email is sent to an old server that is no longer is use. I need to change the email address on the account but cannot log in to do it. There are files stored but i havent needed to log in for a long time. I pay the annual subscription but cant access the account. How do I fix this.

Just for clarification, when was the last time you logged into this account?
Do you have any devices that are currently logged into it?

I would suggest that you open a private browsing/Incognito window on your browser and go to this page.
From there, you can submit a help request directly to our support team, so they can try to assist you further.

There's no specific address I can give you, @ivankobi, but are you accessing the page from a private browsing window?
It's important that you're not signed into your account, when accessing the page.

Just to clarify; you DON’T need to be signed in to any Dropbox account, in order to log a support ticket with our team. Please open an incognito window on your web browser, and follow these steps:
Make sure that you are NOT signed in to ANY Dropbox account in your internet browser.
Go to this page https://www.dropbox.com/support/sign-in-issues, and select an “issue type”.
Enter your information, make sure that you enter an email address that you currently have access to, and submit it.
You will then receive a confirmation email that will have a ticket number.
Once you have a confirmation email with a ticket number, please send it to us here.
