I do not have access to my old email anymore.  My only email is linked to a different Dropbox account so I can't change my email address!  Help!

Can I get help transferring the credit to the account that I still utilize?

You'll need to contact Dropbox Support directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Hey @Darko G.1, I'm not sure I understand the issue you're facing; could you elaborate a tad for us please?

Have same problem. Old email which is not used anymore. I can remember my mail, my dropbox password. But because this email does not exist anymore I can't even access to my files.

It would be better to transfer files even from my primary account and put them on wifi usb.

Hey @Darko G.1, if you remember the email address and the password for your Dropbox account, you should still be able to login.

Are you having any issues doing that?

If you've forgotten your password, your password has expired, or you're being sent a one-time security code, there's no way to gain access to the account without access to the email address associated with it.

Your best bet is to see if your email provider can reactivate your old email address so you can receive the security code.

Hi @Darko G.1, thanks for the info. Try getting in contact with our support team directly by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link

From there you should be able to contact support. Make sure to enter an email you can access, otherwise the email would go to the wrong address.
