I Have a problem with my logging into the dropbox android app as I have a company licensed dropbox the way to log in is by Gmail
I tried to uninstall and reinstall
clear cash, clear data
Can you please help me with this problem?
My phone is Samsung Note 20 Ultra, Android version 12, One UI version 4.1
and the dropbox version is 278.2.2

Would you mind giving us some more info as to why you're not able to sign in to the Dropbox app on your phone?
Are you getting some kind of error message? Or are you not seeing the option to sign in with Google?
Any additional info you can give me, would be really helpful.
Hi @samer, are you using a company Google account? Have you tried contacting your IT admin to see if they are able to assist on this matter?
Hey @samer, sorry to jump in here, but could you send us a screenshot of the exact error you're getting in order to have a visual too?

Instead of using the 'Sign in with Google' option, could try tapping on the 'sign in' option at the bottom of the list and enter your email address and leave the password field blank?
