So well. Im on a Windows 11 machine full updated.

 

When i hit login in the Dropbox menu it just gives me error that it couldnt do it. I searched a lot on the internet and the solutions I found didn't help me at all. The last step is to reinstall Windows which I would not like to do. Maybe there is any chance that here I can get any solution...

Hi @mir3oevs, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

Are you able to login to the Dropbox site normally?

 

Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?

 

This will help me to assist further!

Hello. Thanks for your reply.

Yes iam able to use dropbox vis browser. Also in my office other colleagues use the desktop app as normal. Only i got this weird sync issue.

Hi @mir3oevs, how are you today? 

 

Have you tried uninstalling, then re-installing the app by any chance? 

 

Also, since the error message on the screenshot isn't in English, would you be able to let me know what it says?

Yes i mostly did everything. Reinstalled. Checked Firewall settings and so on. As i told - i mostly did everything…

On the screenshoot is saying: something went wrong. Try again or look for solutions.
