Dropbox transfer? or other

Carolyn Mary
New member | Level 2

I have a Dropbox account with 2 TB storage but have recently ceased my business and do not need this storage amount. My husband has Dropbox with only 2 GB and now needs extra storage.

I tried to add his new computer to my account, but when I go into his Dropbox on his laptop it only shows his old account and doesn't recognise mine.

How do I find my dropbox account that I downloaded? I tred to save a file to it as a test and it didn't find it.

Heeelp.

Thank you all

Hey there @Carolyn Mary, welcome to our Community!

I'm not sure if I got this correct, but if you're trying to sign in to your own account on your husband's computer, you should log out from his account through the app's preferences first and then sign into your own account.

Let me know if this helps!
