Your username is your email address, and you can find this information by accessing your Account page on the Dropbox website, assuming you can sign in. If you have the Dropbox application installed, you can also see which email it's associated with by clicking your avatar in the Dropbox menu.
As for your password, there's no way to see what your current password is. You can change your password, but you'll need to know the old one. Otherwise you can reset your password and Dropbox will email you at the address associated with your account.
