I think someone got the password to my Dropbox account and changed the associated password and e-mail account. Is there anything I can do?

I have tried for years to get my account back,
they will not change my number or the contact info that was changed.
you will not help me retrieve my own photos even if I can prove they are mine and the account is mine without the email?
Hi @Yukarichels, do you have the ticket ID from when you contacted the support team in order to locate it on the system?

I was able to locate your tickets in our system, and from what I can see, a member of our specialized team is looking into your request at the moment and they have replied back to you.

Hi Nancy, this week my account has been hacked. User sent mails with an attachment to my contacts and even replied from my emailaddress using my signature as well. Can you please reset the account because the hacker changed the emailaddress as well. fyi, this is my hotmail. the account that has been compromised is a business address.
You need to contact Dropbox support direct as per links in this thread.
