Thanks for checking @JB2023 and sorry to see you're also having this issue, @D M.6.
Can we now send you both an email, to investigate?

I’m having a similar issue, with a twist: the alert icon shows a “1” in a red circle, and when I go to the home page, I see a “1” on the home icon and “1” over the bell icon at the top of the page. When I click on the bell, it shows two unread notices (though I’ve read them many times). I can’t clear them. I can’t expand them. I can’t delete them. What a pain. Please help.

Yes, Hannah, please send me an email.
Thank you.
Hi @Kfederal, could you send me a screenshot of this, if you could?
Also @D M.6 & @JB2023, I just sent you an email about this, thank you!

Hi Hannah,
Please send the email; I have not received it from you yet.
Thank you.
Hey @JB2023, can you check your emails again? Megan has already reached out to you, so you should be seeing an email from her.
You can also check your spam/junk folder in case it went there.

Having this issue with iOS 16.3.1, app version 320.3. Marking all notifications as read does nothing, opening individual notifications did not work, and clearing cache did not solve the problem. Previous replies indicate that signing out/in and reinstalling the app may work, but will reset some settings such as passcodes and camera upload. I've spent quite some time personalising those options and I do not want to go through the hassle of setting up these again when it is evidently a bug. Looking forward to this being fixed in the next version.
Hi @areader, we do recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Dropbox mobile app as a first step to check if there is some form of conflict preventing the notifications from being removed. I've merged your post to an appropriate thread.

iPad notifications won’t go away. Can’t clear them, can’t mark them Read, badge won’t clear. Tapping some of them opens the camera (!)
I went to Safari Dropbox site to find a solution. That site is too much! Pop ups galore, the Cookies Accept All box won’t close no matter how many times I tap X. What is up.
