Hi there community forum,
Please, can someone provide an email address for account queries - the queries i have cannot be answered on an open forum.
Many thanks 🙂

You can find the support options available to you on the Support page.
If you're having a sign in issue, visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
Thanks Rich
I've already done both of those: I'm not provided with an email option.
I simply need an email address to send my account query.
Dropbox seems to make it very difficult to contact support... could you help again please?
Thanks

Hi Jay,
Thank you.
I tried the options Rich suggested - none provided an email address contact.
I have created a dropbox account with an email address recently following a new computer purchase.
I used the same email address that I had used for a dropbox account from a few years ago.
I need to know what happened to the previous account details, content.
Thank you

They likely no longer exist. Once a Dropbox account has been idle for more than a year, it's deleted due to inactivity. At that point, neither the account nor the files it once contained can be recovered.
Thank you... how do we check the last time it was accessed?
You cant I'm afraid @Frustrated2021, such information is not stored.
