I need to change my email address as I no longer have access to the email. (Provider is useless) The instructions on Dropbox help simply don't work. Things are in different places to where they say they are and when you do find the right tab there is no 'edit' button thereby making it impossible. I am using a desktop Mac.
The problem is already solved. See earlier comment from Hanah and my reply.

Hey @James b124, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.
So, just to make sure I got this right, you can't see an edit option when accessing your Dropbox account's settings online?
Also, can you clarify if you're logged into the account on any of your devices?

That's strange indeed, @James b124. Can you send us a screenshot of how the page appears for you?
Just make sure to hide your personal info, like your last name and email address.

Hi @James b124, do you use a browser on your end, when trying to change the email?
Also, you should be able to attach your screenshot by clicking the camera-like icon, when trying to respond back to us. If you're using a mobile to do that, feel free to request the desktop version of our Community.
