Go to solution

Hello everybody,

Need to log in to my dropbox account but i forgot the password.

I cant reset it because the email address is business and not available anymore to email servers.

There is another way to confirm my id and have again access to my drop account??

Thank you very much.

You need to contact support via www.dropbox.com/support. However, they may not be able to help as without email access you cannot prove ownership. Make sure you do so while not logged in (including here) so often an incognito window works best.

Hi Mark,

Thank you for your input!
I didn't quite understand what you meant with "Make sure you do so while not logged in (including here) so often an incognito window works best." Could you please explain this?

Thanks

Mark

If you are logged in, at all, to the Dropbox services, it will detect your plan. So if you are a free user it wont let you log a ticket.

If you are a paid user, and logged in as a paid user, you'll get the options to contact support :slightly_smiling_face:
