I have Dropbox Plus, but when I sign in I get to the previous version (Basic), which does not contain the current files. I can only get to some of the new files by using the Link for those files, but get the message to upgrade.

Hannah, this is Ratus again. You were correct about a different email address. I never use the gmail address the new account is associated with, but signing in with Google at some point may have caused the change.

Is it possible that your Plus account is under a different email address?
Have you checked your emails, to see which one is associated with the upgrade you made?
You can also use our payment lookup tool, to enter the billing info of the payment you made, so you can see the email address of the paid account.

Hi Hannah,
I used the same email address for the Plus upgrade. To verify I used the lookup tool and had to file a Billing Help request. Waiting for the Billing Help answer now.
