For the validation of my account, I do not receive the mail from dropbox in my mailbox ... an idea?
I'ven't the folder spam
I dont know if its public provider or private domain. Outlook is used at my university.
my junk/span folder is empty
Also mine. I haven't a spam folder.
Hi @GB13, I can see that Hannah sent you an email a few days ago, in order to investigate further.

Not really,
Apart from the tons of letter that I got for earning a new rank on the Dropbox Community, I received a letter from Leah with a ticket that my issue has been marked as solved, which is baloney.
Hey @GB13, does it give you the option to respond back to Leah (in order to continue troubleshooting your request), or maybe send a new email?

For all: In my case, it was my fault because I had the address wrong!!!
Okay, I will reply to Leah.
Its beyond me that I receive all notifications, tags and rank promotions except the verification mail
