I think I have two Dropbox accounts, but I can't change the account I see in my Windows Explorer

I think I accidentally created a new dropbox account when I was setting up a new computer (one that I ended up having to return and wipe of data).  That account I paid for to have extra space.  The problem is on my old computer (the one I am still using), I have a Dropbox, but it keeps telling me I need more data and to get a plan.  Well, once I figured out I created the new account, vs upgrading the old one, I wanted to change the Dropbox folder I see in my Windows Explorer, but I cannot.    So I now can only access the "old" small account that doesn't sync, unless I log into my web account for Dropbox.  Imminently less convenient.  Can anyone help me figure this out?

Hey @mgraham74, thanks for reaching out to the Dropbox Community!

So, from what I understand, you have two accounts, a free one, which is full and is linked to your old computer and a paid one, which is linked to your new computer.

If you want to change the Dropbox account linked to your old computer, all you have to do is sign out of it on the app's preferences and then sign in with your preferred account.

You can see how to do this here.

If you have any other questions, let me know!

I have never had anything dropbox installed (deliberately anyway). It was just in my windows explorer. I will try.

If you had a Dropbox folder in Explorer, you had the Dropbox application installed, otherwise you wouldn't be able to sync.

Hmmm. I must have done it years ago amd just didn't realize it. Or it installed and i didn't even realize it. I will look deeper. I don't even remember installing on the new computer either. It was just there.
