My account was disabled over night

Hello, my Dropbox account with was linked to google, was disabled over night for no reason, I don’t share an link over an long time, so I can’t be reported, and my Dropbox files are not public.. so why I didn’t became an email or something? Nothing, only show message disabled when I try to login.. what’s this for a service ? And then u find NON support email ...

You'll need to contact Dropbox Suport directly. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for sign in issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.

Hi @iTimELeZz, I understand your frustration over this matter.

Were you a member of a Dropbox Business team? Have you tried contacting the support team  by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link?

If not, could you try that, and make sure to enter the same email you use to login to Dropbox. 

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
