Hello,
I have used dropbox for several years (my dropbox mail address was: [Removed as per Community Guidelines]).
The problem is that I cannot access my account since 2021. Sep. 2.
Resetting password did not work. (No e-mail was arrived from dropbox.)
Today, I tried to register dropbox account with the same mail address. Surprisingly, an account with the same mail address was created. Maybe my original account with my data file was deleted.
I want to restore my data and original account.

Could you send me a screenshot (without showing any of your personal info, such as email) of the error message you receive when trying to access your Dropbox account? 

 

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!

I contacted support and they said that there was a file violation, but I was not notified by email to remove the files, yesterday they deleted my account bunises with more than 200tb of files from my company files that are 10 years old or so, now they say they can't restore, I don't have admin access, otherwise I would copy the files to another team member but I lost full access, any tips?

Once an account is removed for breaching terms of service it is not possible to restore them or the data within them: https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/settings-sign-in/disabled-accounts

[removed per the Community's Guidelines]


this account was made since 2012 i guess.. I was able to access my personal info previously but now when i entered my account info for the sign in logo .. it told me that i had no account and i should create a new one which i did so my folder is empty after the "new account".
