As others have had the same issue, so too am I not able to receive the verification email to verify my email address. I have tried the "resend email" numerous times as well as checked spam/junk, clutter, as well as deleted and All Mail options. I just don't get the email. I have put the no-reply@dropox address in the contact list as well as created rules so no emails coming from Dropbox go to spam, they should go directly to Inbox as well. I don't know what else I can do to verify my email for my drop box account when I'm not receiving the verify email from drop box at all. Thanks for your time.

Since you've tried most of the troubleshooting you could from your end, may we reach out via email to have a further look internally?

Hi. I've sent two emails back to the original email that Dropbox support sent me to confirm it was me they were contacting from this community forum but haven't heard back from Dropbox since. I want to make sure that Dropbox support is receiving my emails, so this issue can be resolved. Let me know please. Thank you.
