Drop box will not accept my new email address

Could you clarify what the exact message is when entering your email address?
Are you adding it on this page when logged into your account already, in order to change it?

Hey @Lsballew, is it possible that the email you're trying to use, is already used by another Dropbox account?
Try logging in with that address and request a password reset; if a password reset email comes to that address, it means it's already linked to another Dropbox account.
