Hi
I have a similar Issue with one (paid) account. When tried to login with the account info I see the screen to enter the 6 digit code.
but never got the email. I can access the email account without problems.
VERY IMPORTANT THING IS THE ACCOUNT THAT I HAVE PROBLEMS IS NOT THIS ONE is with a different email address, but Im not able to login to support ot community forums because always ask for a 6 digit code.
The account with problems is [removed per the Dropbox Community Guidelines]
I tried couple of things to troubleshoot the issue
1. Try to login as a incognito browser
2. Try to resend the code more than 20 times in different days
3. Successfully test my email account sending or receiving emails from another providers
4. Add no-reply@dropbox.com to secure sender list
5. check my span or junk folder.
Please can you help me with this issue?

I dont received any email on the account that I having problems. Just to confirm with you the dropbox account that I talking about is [Removed as per Community Guidelines]
Hi Leah, sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with logging in. Have you tried reaching out to customer support to see if they can assist with resolving the issue with the missing 6 digit code? It could also be worth double checking that the email address associated with your account is correct. Let us know, if there's anything else we can do to help.
Hi @RoPiRo, this isn't the same email address, since as my colleague mentioned, we can only email you at the email associated with your profile. Are you able to access that email address?

In my best undertanding the metioned email addres above should be the correct one. Is there anyway to know which is the registered? to see if i have access to this email address
If I have no access to the email account, is there any process to update the current email address? because this is a paid account.

The email address to which you should have received our message is the one linked to your Community profile here (not the one linked to the Dropbox account that has the issue).
You can double check which email address that is by clicking on this link.

Its ok trank you for jump in. Let me explain the issue again. The problem that I have is NOT with this account, the RoPiRo account works well actually i successfully validate the account after your email. I have a different Paid account that im not able to Login because is requesting the 6 digit code and I never got the email. With troubuled account I have no dropbox community account and I not able to create one, becuase the Dropbox system is "sending" the 6 digit code to a email address that I have access to it but I dont received the code. The account that Im talking about as been listed in one of the previous replys.
