Hello, I have all my files online only, but when I need to work with them I usually right click the folder and click 'Make available offline' but that option is gone since the last big dropbox update. How do I get this back please? I can't work like this.

Hi sorry I moved last month and haven't been able to try this out. I just downloaded via the link you sent and I'm still having the same issue. It's very possible that I had synced all of my files at one point and then changed what I was syncing which cause this maybe? Because it's just so weird to me that this entire folder except for the 'instrumental' file is available, but the instrumental version is 'online-only'.

There's no option for me to download, even when I go on the browser version it doesn't appear in the original folder. Do I need to change my selective sync preferences? I really want to wipe my entire computer because these file sync issues are so confusing and complicated in my finder now, but I don't want to lose everything:( Screenshot 2023-04-14 at 10.26.37 AM.pngScreenshot 2023-04-14 at 11.35.18 AM.pngScreenshot 2023-04-14 at 11.34.39 AM.pngScreenshot 2023-04-14 at 11.34.33 AM.pngScreenshot 2023-04-14 at 11.31.40 AM.jpgScreenshot 2023-04-14 at 11.31.30 AM.pngScreenshot 2023-04-14 at 11.27.27 AM.pngScreenshot 2023-04-14 at 11.26.09 AM.png

Hi from me as well, @abbipress

From what I can see, it looks like you’re missing all Dropbox options from the dropdown menu. Do you see exactly the same thing if you right click on the rest of your files, as well?

Can you follow the accepted solution provided here, and let me know if you see any difference afterwards?

Hi there! Correct, any file that I right-click doesn't have any Dropbox options. I just followed the steps for the Finder Extensions and Dropbox was the only one I had checked this whole time. Are there any other options for me? I just updated my mac to Ventura 13.3.1, not sure if that matters.Screenshot 2023-04-16 at 3.55.23 PM.pngScreenshot 2023-04-16 at 3.53.15 PM.pngScreenshot 2023-04-16 at 3.53.00 PM.pngScreenshot 2023-04-16 at 3.14.04 PM.pngScreenshot 2023-04-16 at 3.12.46 PM.png

Thanks for the additional info!

Just to clarify, did you also relaunch your Finder after checking the Mac Extensions, and it didn’t make any difference?

Yes I repeated the steps several times including relaunching my Finder

Hi @abbipress, at that point, can I send you an email, in order for us to have a closer look into this?

Hi there - I was passed along to someone else in my email thread for support and when I just replied it said the inbox is unmonitored and that I would have to submit another ticket...

I've been communicating through support for a couple of months now, is there anything else I can do? I'm getting to a place where I feel like I should give up.

Could you share your ticket ID with us so that we can look it up in our system?
