Why was my account disabled?

Company account with email (quandinh@**** like email Dropbox of me) has been disabled from Saturday, July 11, 2020.

Dropbox hasn't emailed notification?

This account is used for business.

Please help me!

Ok I can understand what you're saying ... but

If there are files they consider against their policies...why simply not deleting those?

I hsbe 10 years of hard work...my whole professionsl / business and personal life is in this drop box.

Everything and I have to let sll this go without knowing what snd why that happened ?

I’ve had Dropbox for several years without issues. One day the app on my computer has been deleted and my account no longer appears. I am sure that no one could access my physical computer. I’ve emailed Dropbox 3 times and I haven’t heard any sort of reply. I had lots of files on there. They have no helpline which is super disappointing. How can I contact them or try to recover these? Customer support is incredibly disappointing for a company like this

I am very active on my account I use it all the times I even have it upgraded.. For some reason my account has been disabled. Please help me.
I have opend a ticket asking for help and waited for more than a week now with no respond at all.. what should I do??
I created this new account just to post this discussion.

Hello everyone,

 

I have been opening tickets for three weeks to understand why my account has been suspended.

I went in smoothly and then suddenly I couldn't get in anymore.

I tried password recovery (although I'm sure of my password) and I get the message: "Sorry, this account is disabled".

 

No emails, no communication from Dropbox and a paid PRO account until September 2021.

I have now logged in with a new account to be able to post in the forum.

 

it is absurd that a paid account is deactivated without any explanation or communication.

 

As suggested, I also tried to open more than one ticket incognito without any response.

 

I would like some answers please,

I have a Dropbox Plus account in good standing, which I use every day.  On Friday it was suddenly disabled without warning or explanation.  I contacted support three days ago, but I still have no answer.  Hence I can't access my account and my 1TB + of files.

 

This is very worrying and distressing.  How can I find out what has happened?  More importantly, how can I get my files back?
