Hello everyone,
I have been opening tickets for three weeks to understand why my account has been suspended.
I went in smoothly and then suddenly I couldn't get in anymore.
I tried password recovery (although I'm sure of my password) and I get the message: "Sorry, this account is disabled".
No emails, no communication from Dropbox and a paid PRO account until September 2021.
I have now logged in with a new account to be able to post in the forum.
it is absurd that a paid account is deactivated without any explanation or communication.
As suggested, I also tried to open more than one ticket incognito without any response.
I would like some answers please,

I have a Dropbox Plus account in good standing, which I use every day. On Friday it was suddenly disabled without warning or explanation. I contacted support three days ago, but I still have no answer. Hence I can't access my account and my 1TB + of files.
This is very worrying and distressing. How can I find out what has happened? More importantly, how can I get my files back?
