Hi @gtugvkd, thanks for taking the time to message us!

I' sorry to hear that the captcha isn't allowing you to login to the site. Could you let me know exactly what issue you're experiencing? Is the captcha choosing the wrong image, or not rendering correctly?

Are you able to use the audio option to login to the site?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!

I am looking for recommendations on a replacement for Dropbox that does not use capcha or any added log in security other than my password. Do you know what it took for me to even make this reply?. I am done with all this "security," it just makes the platform unusable. Unless Dropbox ditches it, I will be looking for replacment

I have moved my main cloud sync platform to Google Drive (Backup and Sync). Most people are scared of privacy concerns but Google HAS listened to users and allow you to set up the levels of privacy you would like. Also the cost of space (GB) is more reasonable. I've used Backup and Sync for many years and it has been totally reliable.

I also got stuck on the captcha (roll the animal till it is the right way up) with endless wrong answers. However when I signed into this forum, I got an easier captcha and solving it also got me into my main Dropbox account! So you might try logging into the forum to bypass the main account captcha - your mileage may vary! But I agree it is a ridiculous and I'm sure Dropbox has lost many customers. I now pay for Google's Backup and Sync where you get masses of GBs at little cost. I would not pay a dime to Dropbox with the stupid capture!

Hi @Jay. I also have problems with the captcha. Having to solve 10 consecutive puzzles is just plain stupid. The audio verification sounds like rubbish. I have been trying for 10 minutes to log in from my phone and it's impossible, and I'm sure I have done the captcha correctly at least once.

This is not security, this is very annoying and keeping the users locked out of their accounts. Change this ASAP

Agree with other submitters. For those who are not puzzle-adept this form of captcha is impossible. Go back to pictures of busses or crosswalks or whatever. If puzzles are used the first time, the reload should go to another type of user response.

I fully agree.

I was in a hurry to have stuff uploaded and couldn't get throught the captcha verification.

It is annoying & frustrating that I can't even get into my own paid account.

Hope you can something about it.

Show us that we matter enough to you.

Thank You!

Agree. Impossible to login on my slow phone. Looks like Google Drive for me.
