I tried to share a file and my email address could not be verified. I found that it is not entered correctly in the account. Seems easy to edit but I have to verify the email address before changing it. This cannot be done since the address on the account is not a valid address. So, how do I get the address changed?
I currently subscribed to the 2Tb plan with Dropbox. However, I have never been able to verify my email address. The email address on my account is incorrect but I am still being charged. I wish to change my email to the correct address, what is the best way forward?
I do have the option to verify but am unable to receive the email as the email address is defunct. No verify, therefore unable to change email on my account?? There must be a way, has anyone had this issue?

Is your email's handle (before the @) or the domain (after the @) of the email that has the typo?

Hi, I set up the wrong verification email to begin with so getting no verification emails , how do I change my email, where is would normally say Edit it says verify, i have tried using the Support Bot but i need to be verified to use it.

Have you added any files in this account or upgraded it?
If not, I think it'd be easier to just create a new account with the preferred address.

I need to know how I can CORRECT my initial email address. I misspelled it when I first signed up for dropbox, so it never got verified. Please help.
Hi there, @Mara22 and thanks for reaching out to us.
Are you currently logged in to the account?
If so, do you perhaps see an option to update your email address, after clicking on the "verify" link in your settings?
If not, I think it would be easier to just create a new Dropbox account under the correct address and move any files you have to that one.
