Copy folder from one user to another

I have a folder with many files on my Dropbox account. How can this folder with files be copied to someone else’s Dropbox account. If necessary, I can create a copy of the folder with files on my Dropbox account and then move the folder to the other person’s Dropbox account. Which is best and how do I do this. I simply want to get folder and files on the other person’s Dropbox account. In advance, thanks!

Re: Copy folder from one user to another

Hey there, @Snocrvr

If you’d like to allow access to a folder of yours to another user, you can either send it to them as a shared folder or as a shared link

Please bear in mind that, since a shared folder takes up space in the other user’s account, they can have edit permissions, while a shared link doesn’t occupy the user’s storage since they won’t be able to edit the content.

In both cases though, the user is able to download the folder locally to their computer but any changes they apply to it won’t sync

I hope this helped! grinning face with smiling eyes
